Nellie Finnegan, Vice President


Education: B.S., New York University, Science Education Ms. Finnegan's experience includes working for a major engineering firm in New York City for over 25 years in a variety of marketing and sales positions: business development, training and coaching roles and most recently served as an Executive of its Strategic Advisory Group. Her responsibilities included managing major proposals, strategic multi-media presentations, multi-million dollar budgets and management systems for tracking business development activities. In the course of her career, Ms. Finnegan also developed and implemented a wide variety of internal training and marketing programs with a specialty in client training. She worked with clients and subject matter experts to assess needs, develop and apply instructional design methods, utilize adult learning strategies, and review pilot training programs. She also developed and conducted train-the-trainer and presentation skills workshops for the company and its clients.

Board Members

Robin Williams


Robin Williams has a BS in Education, MS in Elementary and Special Education, NYS Supervisor of Administration and Supervision, NYS School District Supervisor Certification. Robin has worked with the NYC Department of Education for over 40 years. In her early years, she worked as a teacher first in Brooklyn’s District 23 and then in Manhattan’s District 2. After obtaining the required certifications and trainings, she worked as a Regional Instructional Support Specialist for schools in Manhattan and the Bronx, where she provided school administrators support for curriculum development, special education initiatives and
compliance. From her regional position, she moved on to become a District 1 Elementary School Principal who significantly enhanced school improvement across all school quality indicators, gaining recognition from the Chancellor’s Office and NYS Dept. of Education. Following a 13 year tenure as school principal, Robin was promoted to the Office of Leadership, New Principal Support, created to provide support for the development of universal basic skills for new principal’s, Quality Review and School Leadership Competencies. She is currently employed as a consultant for NPS.
