These students are there to help. View the email and respond to Jane Swanson. Her email is listed below. Stay well and take care. Barbara Parker President RISA Andrea Jackson Secretary and Community Outreach Liaison We hope you are well and taking care of yourselves during this challenging time. As many of you know, our students are a very talented group who are also generous with their time and skills! A number of them are interested in leveraging their tech skills to provide virtual tech assistance to those who are 60+ and who might need some help at this time. One of students has already reached out to a few of our 60+ residents who took him up on his offer to help them with their tech needs ranging from signing up for their prescriptions, changing their phone settings etc. Thanks to Google hangouts and other video conferencing platforms, he was able to help remotely and provide the assistance they need. Feel free to respond to me at Jane.Swanson@cornell.edu with your name, phone number and a description of the type of help you need. We will do our best to match you with the student volunteer who can best address your need(s). Take care.
